Configure your settings, users, and showrooms for seamless dealership management.

This tutorial walks you through the Company Setup section in Control Auto, helping you efficiently manage your dealership operations.

Company Settings

Start in the Settings section, where you can manage:

  • Company name and website URL

  • Default listing settings for consistent ad creation

  • Social account integrations for Facebook and Instagram

  • Auto Sync, which automatically updates listing changes across selected platforms

For social integrations, your Customer Success Manager can assist with setup.

User Management

The Users section allows your team structure to be set up efficiently.

Customer Success can create user accounts using:

  • First and last name

  • Email address

  • WhatsApp and call numbers

  • SMS recipient number

Two access levels are available:

  • Active: Access only to assigned leads and listings

  • Manager: Full visibility across company inventory and leads

Showroom Setup

For dealerships with multiple branches, the Showrooms section helps organize access by location.

Each showroom can be set up with:

  • Branch name

  • Contact details

  • Assigned team members

This ensures the right staff have access to the correct inventory and leads.

Profile & Security

In Profile, users can update:

  • Personal details

  • Email signature

  • Language preferences

  • Password settings

All data and lead information remains securely stored and accessible only to authorized users.
