Smart Moderation Agent

Your AI-powered tool in Control Auto for detecting missing trims or trim mismatches, helping you keep your inventory accurate with less manual effort.

Accessing Smart Moderation Agent

  1. Log in to Control Auto.
  2. Go to the Inventory section.
  3. You’ll find the Smart Moderation Agent card.
  4. The card shows the total number of listings that require review.

Smart Moderation Agent Actions

On the card, you’ll see three main actions:

  • Fix Them All

  • See Listings

  • How It Works

Fix Them All

  • If you are comfortable with the AI suggestions, click Fix Them All.

  • This automatically applies the AI-suggested trims to all flagged listings, saving you the time of reviewing each one manually.

See Listings

Clicking See Listings filters your inventory and shows only the listings flagged by Smart Moderation Agent.

This helps you quickly focus on listings that require action.

How It Works

Clicking How It Works gives you more details about how Smart Moderation Agent identifies trim issues and helps maintain accurate inventory.

Reviewing a Listing

For flagged listings, you’ll see a highlighted issue message and a Review button.

Clicking Review opens a side panel showing:

  • The currently selected trim

  • The AI-suggested trim

  • The reason for the suggestion

  • The AI confidence level

Available Actions

Based on the information shown, you can choose one of three actions:

  • Accept AI Suggestion

  • Select Trim

  • Keep Existing

Accept AI Suggestion:

If you agree with the AI recommendation, accept the suggestion.

The listing will be updated with the suggested trim and the issue will be resolved.

Select Trim

If both the existing trim and AI suggestion are incorrect, click Select Trim.

This opens the full trim list, allowing you to choose the correct trim manually.

Keep Existing

If the current trim is correct, click Keep Existing.

This keeps your current selection and dismisses the AI recommendation.
