Whatsapp Lead Management
Your unified dashboard for tracking and responding to all your leads — WhatsApp, phone, email, and finance — directly in one place.
Accessing the Lead Management Section

Log in to Control Auto.

From the left-hand sidebar, click Leads to open the new lead management view.
New Layout
At the top of the page, you’ll now find three tabs:

WhatsApp Leads
-
Phone Leads
-
Email & Finance Leads
These categories are grouped under one section to simplify navigation and improve workflow.
Filtering and Searching
Use the new filters to narrow down your leads:

Date range
-
Lead status
-
Responded / Unresponded
-
Location (Local or Export)
You can also use the search bar to find a lead by name, number, or email instantly.
WhatsApp Leads
Clicking on any WhatsApp lead opens a sidebar view showing:

The ad the lead came from
-
Buyer details
-
Any feedback provided by the buyer
From here, you can click the WhatsApp button to open WhatsApp Web and reply immediately.
To view only pending conversations, apply the Unresponded filter.
Phone Leads
In the Phone Leads tab, you’ll see whether a call was:

Answered
-
Missed
-
Declined
-
Went to voicemail
Email & Finance Leads
The Email & Finance tab displays all email-based inquiries and financing requests.
You can:

View each lead’s status (Read or Unread)
-
Open the detail view to reply directly via email

Send messages from within the platform
-
Call or message the buyer on WhatsApp
Why It Matters
The revamped Lead Management section centralizes all lead activity in one place — improving visibility, response time, and buyer engagement while reducing dealer frustration.
